Ann Siang Hill: A great place to shop for local designers

Ann Siang Hill may have recently lost multi-label store Ana Boutique, depriving us of a spot to discover the latest emerging Australian designers, but rest assured that there is no shortage of great finds peppered all over the hill. Here, you’ll find some brilliant local boutiques that offer women’s fashion, men’s fashion, homeware and gift items – or in the case of Rose Citron French Design, all of the above, along with children’s toys and apparel.

Sure, Ann Siang may be better known for its bars and restaurants, but they, along with the local boutiques, all come together to build an energetic vibe for the area, reminiscent of the Chinatown of old, where its streets were constantly bustling with street hawkers peddling their wares.

Lined with beautiful conservation shophouses and located right on the edge of Chinatown, Ann Siang Hill is more than just a spot for food, drink and shopping – it’s a one-of-a-kind experience where you get to drink in its rich history, the vibrant atmosphere, and discover local shops and brands all at the same time.

As for Ana Boutique, its second outlet at Serangoon Garden’s My Village still stands, so you can breathe a happy sigh of relief. But while you’re at Ann Siang, you might want to check out these local shops and local brands – we promise you won’t be disappointed!
